Tehran Times cited Mr Alireza Zeiqami MD of Central Iranian Oil Fields Company as saying that Mr Mahmoud Ahmadinejad president of Iran has approved allocation of some USD 2 billion out of the Foreign Exchange Fund to the oil and gas development plans.
